Committee considers more power for CRTC

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission is under pressure from Canadian lawmakers to reform its regulation of foreign-owned firms. Walt Lastewka, the chairman of a key parliamentary committee, said that the CRTC requires broader resources.
