Montreal, Que.-based Sun Media Corp. and Toronto, Ont.-based Torstar Corp. will introduce free newspapers in Toronto, Ontario. Sun Media, which operates the Toronto Sun, has formed an alliance with Canoe.ca to issue FYI Toronto.
