Quick & the debt

Article Abstract:

A continuing decline in business-to-business trade payments, which is raising fears of greater cashflow and credit risks for market and Australian business, is observed. Business owners are advised to assess their outstanding debts at the end of each month and immediately, implement a scaled plan to action-a reminder note first, then a phone call and follow-up calls, escalating to a personal visit to the debtor's offices before lodging formal debt-collection notices.
