The Australian investment landscape is most likely to be reshaped by Chinese seeking a safe financial haven. China's rapidly growing middle class is excluded from the safety net by the country's capital controls, but once the capital controls are removed there will be an exodus of investment capital to dwarf what has happened in the past few years.
