Article Abstract:

One of the most important jobs undertaken by a commercial property surveyor is the valuation of property. There are several methods of deciding on the value of a particular property, such as, as an investment, comparing the property with other similar buildings or reinstatement method in the cases of rebuilding a damaged property. Property surveyors are often involved in negotiating for their clients in cases of leases, lettings, purchasing or selling property and rent or lease reviews. Commercial properties are divided in to three groups offices, industrial and retial.

The sub-seabed solution

Article Abstract:

A promising solution to the problem of nuclear waste disposal, involving its burial under ground in a tranquil area of the Pacific Ocean, was brought forth in 1973. The idea, however, has remained dormant because of opposition from environmentalists, the federal government, and the nuclear industry.

Article Abstract:

Recent results of research in the effects of electromagnetic radiation on organisms are subject to confirmation. The effects of such radiation are still questionable. The user should be educated as to the probable and improbable results of exposure to electromagnetic fields.
