Retirement village tips and traps

The number of Australians reaching their retirement years is increasing rapidly. It is estimated that by year 2030 the population of retirees will jump from 12% to 20%, which will increase the number of retirement villages. Although most residents at these villages are happy, some financial problems will arise if the contract is not properly scrutinized.
