In search of few good experts

Article Abstract:

The need to employ competent and highly-skilled management consultants has dramatically increased over the past years as electric utilities underscore downsizing and restructuring. Managers must make it a point that goals are clearly established and defined before hiring a particular consultant. Firms are also advised to evaluate a consultant's previous performances, including credentials, certifications, and successful projects. It is also important to ensure that a consultant fits well in the business by evaluating his personality traits.
