The ideas of the employees to improve the existing situation or may be to incorporate a new method that would be more economical are directed upwards through the right channels to the correct place with the help of the leader, thus a very crucial thing that the leader can do is to listen.

Energy bill: big push for the new year

The energy bill is in practice since the past ten years, but the energy bill H.R. 6 has still not acquired the final vote as various aspects need to be considered before the Senate's put an end to the important decision, which is not related with electricity. Inspite of the fact that the bill is not successful the Senator has confirmed that the bill will reappear in the New Year.
