Responsibility incorporated

Article Abstract:

A debate on the question of whether holding corporate agents along with individual agents who act on behalf of them should be held responsible for untidiness is presented. Arguments suggest that for any misdeeds the corporate agents and individual agents should be held collectively responsible.
