Systematic corruption in financial services, types of capitalism, and ethics intervention methods

Article Abstract:

There are many effective ethics intervention and corruption reform methods, which financial professionals can use to resist corruption and build ethical organizational communities. The six sets of ethics intervention and corruption reform methods are discussed enabling one to act ethically as citizens of financial communities and to effectively oppose unethical behaviors.

Law and ethics in the information age

Article Abstract:

The relationship between law and ethics in the information age is examined in the light of three recent cases that illustrate the need for informed national legislation and international coordination. The issue of personal information and the rights of individuals in that regard are discussed with particular reference to the differing legislations in Europe and the US.
