Balancing technological innovation and environmental regulation: An analysis of Chinese agricultural biotechnology governance

Article Abstract:

A study to explore the paradoxes facing the Chinese state as it governs Gomes, a new technology that has proven problematic for political decision-making processes in many settings is illustrated.
