How does the past become the future?

Article Abstract:

It must be recognized that the present day is not merely a replication of the past and that the future will not be the same as the present day. It is not possible to define the future in terms of the past alone. There is a clear difference between conservatism and libertarianism. The vernacular structure of political conservatism must be organic, decentralized and based on past experience. However, not all developments will be shown to be authentic.

This movement aimed at reformation and restoration of the damages after the Second World War.
