Improving the effectiveness of teaching public administration ethics

Article Abstract:

The teaching process is evaluated to determine the cause of difficulties in public administration ethics education. It was shown that ethical values can still be learned despite prior values formation. Greater awareness of outcome evaluationis recommended for public education program administrators. Likewise, greater educational commitment to ethics education would improve public officials' levels of professionalism, responsibility and commitment to serve.
