Justice denied

Article Abstract:

Everybody in the G8 leaders meeting are looking forward on the British Prime Minister Tony Blair as he canvasses support for increased aid and debt relief, which he called a 'real moment of opportunity' to promote democracy and growth throughout Africa. Thousands have died in communal conflict, the year 2003 elections were characterized by fraud, ballot-rigging and violence, and law enforcement agents, mostly the Nigerian police, regularly torture and kill people.
