Legal analysis of Korea - ASEAN regional trade integration

Article Abstract:

An analysis of challenges facing the integration of South Korea and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations' economies in lieu of the inconsistencies with World Trade Organization rules is presented. Suggestions on how to make Korea-Association of Southeast Asian Nations FTA compatible with World Trade Organization rules are offered.
