Article Abstract:

The fate of various tyrant African leaders like Charles Taylor of Liberia, Hissene Habre of Chad, and Foday Sankoh of Sierra Leone, sends a warning to dictators and warlords that they may be made accountable for their actions at some point in future. They may be exiled but unlike Idi Amin they may not be guaranteed comfortable exile for retirement.
