Present situation, problems, and prospect of China's public servant training

Article Abstract:

An important issue in the public servant training is to investigate how to give full play to the effect of education in improving quality and ability of public servants. The study reviews China's system of the public servant education and training, introduces and analyzes the basic training approaches as well as problems, and anticipates the future of China's public servant training.

Patterns of entrepreneurship: a study of gender training frameworks for officers of the Indian Administrative Service

Article Abstract:

The entrepreneurial roles of Indian Administrative officers for gender aware planning and implementation of gender aware development planning are examined. The training program of all Indian Administrative Service (IAS) candidates to establish the institutional culture and organizational procedures are reviewed.

Training of civil servants in Turkey: progress, problems, and prospects

Article Abstract:

The main policies and institutional players associated with training and development of civil servants in Turkey are identified and described. Critical problems concerning training and development in the country is described, and prospects for developing effective training policies and practices are evaluated.
