Provisions concerning financial asset management companies

Article Abstract:

The provisions concerning financial asset management companies are reported. These provisions are formulated to regulate activities of financial asset management companies, to handle state-owned banks' nonperforming loans in accordance with the law, and to promote the reform and development of state-owned banks and state-owned enterprises.
