Science, anti-science, and the muse

Article Abstract:

Scientific and technological innovations sway the modern man from finer traits of human nature leading to psychological complexities including alienation and discontentment in life. Desire for invention of deadly scientific tools can be traced to primitive ages of savagery. The channelization of science towards positive humane objectives and the conflict between science and anti-science needs to be properly addressed.

Marxian dialecticism and science

Article Abstract:

The article shows that the historical and scientific study of Marx and Marxism are relatively compatible. Thus the debate which has lasted over 100 years, as to whether Karl Marx based his ideas on positive scientific concepts can be ended. What is needed is future studies of the comparison of modern science, such as quantum physics, chaos and neo-Darwinism to Marxism.
