The most significant aspects of U.S. cultural imperialism in the current era of globalization are discussed. The domains of U.S. cultural influence including the business culture, management and labor practices, and cultural and political policies are examined.

Divorce lawyer's opinion
Article Abstract:
Much of the psychological damage of divorce could be avoided if the legal system treated this process. States with no-fault divorce only bring the case to a courtroom if the parties cannot agree on how to divide property and responsibility for children.
