Predicting early fatherhood and whether young fathers live with their children: prospective findings and policy reconsiderations

Article Abstract:

Research presented finds a history of conduct problems and growing up within a stressful environment are predictors of early fatherhood for young men and less time spent living with their children. A survey of fathers finds that those who live apart from their children report more psychological and social problems in early adulthood.

Genetic and environmental influences on victims, bullies and bully-victims in childhood

Article Abstract:

The extent to which heredity and environment played a part in children becoming bullies and bully-victims as well as being simultaneously bully and victim was examined. It was observed that while genetic influence was the main factor in children's tendencies to be victimized and to bully others, environment also had some influence.
