Article Abstract:

This article presents techniques that are designed to help psychotherapists cope with stress and combat burnout. Activities such as creative writing, meditation, painting, and exercise allow psychotherapists to concentrate on their own well-being and temporarily suspend feelings of responsibility towards their clients.
