Response to "All that glitters is not gold: medical offset effects and managed behavioral health care."

Article Abstract:

J. Scott Fraser argues that the medical offsets of psychotherapy are often insignificant when the nature of variance and distribution are studied. However, there are 11 inconsistencies in his data which diminish the accuracy of three of his four tables and his findings. He also fails to discuss unrealistic expectations which to Wall Street Journal's expose on Biodyne. All contract violations done by Biodyne as reported on the Wall Street Journal article have not been disputed by Fraser.

Article Abstract:

A population of black and gold howler monkeys (Alouatta caraya) in a semideciduous forest located in northern Argentina is analyzed in order to examine the effects of habitat fragmentation on its density and social organization within it. The results have not shown any remarkable changes in the area of fragments, the crude and ecological density of howlers and group composition.
