The relation of client behavior and therapist helping skills to reduced aggression of boys in individual and group treatment

Article Abstract:

A comparison is conducted between the individual and group therapies of aggressive boys, in order to study their behavioral processes and an examination of the relationship between these variables and treatment outcomes are also performed. The results suggest that the outcome in group therapy, as assessed by the teacher-reports shows a negative association between the client behaviors and outcome and group therapy was seen to be superior to the individual therapy.
