Back to business

Article Abstract:

The extension of the A30 is likely to bring significant benefits to the property industry in Exeter, England. Agents believe that the city's status as a distribution centre will be re-established, and also feel that there are very good prospects for the industrial property sector. However, there are still some speculatively-built properties which remain empty, including the 6,645 sq mt Dart building on the Exe Distribution Park. Demand is mainly for units of up to 3,000 sq mt, and larger units may have to be divided up before occupiers are found.
