Brewing a revival without beer

Article Abstract:

The property market in Burton on Trent, UK, is thriving, and the town seems to be increasingly able to attract large companies. The Centrum 100 retail and industrial park built by Bass Developments has already attracted leading High Street firms. The park has now been boosted by Littlewoods' decision to build a 300,000 sq ft distribution centre there: this deal has in turn led to more inquiries about the park. The retail property market in the town remains strong, particularly in the grocery sector.
