A roundtable discussion on the trends and future of Milwaukee's real estate market is given. Roger Siegel of CB Richard Ellis believes that the weak dollar and the strong economy led to the strong Milwaukee industrial market in 2007. Also part of the discussion group are Wangard Partners Inc.'s Stewart Wangard and NAI MLG Commercial's Stephen Provancher.

Survey: green building past the tipping point

Article Abstract:

Corporations are more prepared to overcome economic obstacles to embracing sustainable building processes, according to a survey by CoreNet Global and Jones Lang LaSalle. Seventy-nine percent of the more than 400 respondents believe sustainability is an important near-term business issue, with 77% willing to pay a premium for sustainability.
