She emphasizes that new companies do not wish to create a large real estate infrastructure. Linking with DTZ will bring access to an international infrastructure, according to Staubach Chief Operating Officer Jim Leslie. He denies that this move was sparked off by a loss of clients. He states that what DTZ was trying to do matched well with what Staubach wanted.
