Boldness rewarded

Article Abstract:

Demand for offices is coming from new sources, including catalogue and direct sales operations.

Dial 'L' for labour

Article Abstract:

There has been a tendency to build a significant number of call centers in a small number of places in the UK. This has in turn led to problems with recruiting sufficient staff. However, a number of initiatives have been launched to address this difficulty. The largest regional concentration of call centers is in North West England, but both Manchester, England, and Merseyside, England, feel that they have capacity for more call centers. Observers believe that Dublin, Ireland, and South Wales will become particularly popular call centre locations.

This could be partly achieved through Regalian Properties, which holds land in the town centre and is now considering a large development. Action Cirencester believes that the town requires office buildings ranging from 465 sq mt to 1,394 sq mt, and is also calling for sites to be identified for local businesses looking for between 2,787 sq mt and 4,645 sq mt. There is growing demand for industrial space in the town.
