Eyes on the main chances

Article Abstract:

Commercial property agents in the towns of Leatherhead, Dorking and Epsom, England, are optimistic about the future of the market. Limited supply in Epsom and Leatherhead is forcing occupiers to seek space in Dorking where rents are cheaper. Meanwhile, the industrial sector is experiencing lack of development opportunities and industrial rates have remained stable. An overview of the commercial and industrial property market in Leatherhead, Dorking and Epsom is presented.

Retailers get a taste for the high life

Article Abstract:

Winchester is a reasonably prosperous town, reflected by neglible available retail space in its High Street. Strict planning rules mean that there has been little out-of-town development and city centre rents have remained high. The city's industrial area is focused on the Winnall Trading Estate, where there is virtually no empty space. The office market has a high vacancy level, despite constant activity. with total vacant space estimated at some 18,580 sq mt.
