Friendly advice on offer

Article Abstract:

Property professionals need to improve the quality of the service they offer their clients. Good communication between agents and clients is vital in order the agents are able to fully comprehend the client's needs. Agents also need to be able to provide other information, such as the availability of a suitable workforce, the possibility of grants in the area and any transportation difficulties. Some clients have suggested it would have helped them to be able to see how an office space could be adapted to suit their requirements before they decided on one particular building.
