Integrating research on markets for space and capital

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to evaluate two distinct but interrelated real estate markets. The study focuses on the tenant space market and the investment capital market. It is shown that use decisions are applied to the space market while capital markets require sound investment decisions. In addition, results imply that earlier studies which focused on separate analyses for these markets failed to recognize their interrelationship.
