Annotation: ForSaleByOwner.com Corp. v. Zinnemann, 2004 United States District Court for the Eastern District of California has recently passed a judgment stating that the company publishing advertisements requested by homeowners on its web sites is not required to be covered under the auspices of a licensed real estate broker. The court awarded the judgment in the case of ForSaleByOwner.com Corp. v. Zinneman.
