'Euro Bank' promises more stable, predictable real estate environment

The Franfurt-based European Central Bank (ECB) will become the implementing body for the European System of Central Banks after its formal creation in July 1998. Corporate real estate managers will determine in advance how the value of their money will be decided within the European Union countries. ECB will enable businessmen to borrow cash at similar short-term rates from Ireland to Finland and from Portugal to Germany.
