However, the refurbishment by Magnus of its 2,016 sq mt Sovereign Court development has attracted interest from further afield. It is unlikely that there will be any speculative development, even though the many secondhand offices which are currently available are attracting little interest. There is some demand for industrial property, but no land is really available for industrial development work.
