Ontario, Canada

Article Abstract:

Ontario, Canada continues to attract relocating and expanding operations due to its well-educated workforce, high quality of life, R&D incentives and a low Canadian dollar. However, its main drawing power is its low property taxes. Ontario's impressive infrastructure is based on high-technology, with digital switches and fiber-optic cables. The Greater Toronto Area remains North America's eighth largest urban center, housing 91% of Canada's foreign banks, 90% of Canada's top advertising agencies and 90% of Canada's top public accountants based on Fortune magazine's Global 500.
