Finding the right labor force: critical work for site seekers

Article Abstract:

Labor availability, productivity and educational levels are increasingly important variables for corporate site seekers. The focus on labor force variables as prime requisites for corporate location decisions is expected to continue as America strives to maintain its competitiveness in the global economy. Two other factors lumped with the three variables are usage rate levels and the level of unionization.
