Practical applications

Article Abstract:

All industries make use of jargon, and this is not necessarily a bad thing. However, problems can develop when jargon is used to excess, especially in writing, and when it is used with people who do not understand it. In the property industry, there is a great temptation to distort language, especially when describing the location of a building. However, clients may actually be more impressed if the language used is clear and concise.
