Home and office life in for some changes

Article Abstract:

A prediction based on demographics and macroeconomics was concocted regarding the nation's housing market at the start of the 21st century. Various patterns were predicted to rise although no individual major trend can be predicted. Telecommuting has been predicted to exist and many are inferring that telecommunications such as computers, facsimile machine, video phones to name a few, will make the traditional office ineffective already.

The office market cycle: there's hope this time

Article Abstract:

Real estate industry's long-term use of capital tells investors that the industry should be managed in terms of market cycles. However, growth expectation, taxes and macroeconomic concepts such as inflation can serve as guides in assessing the cycles. Investors should not worry over unreasonable expectation, which can cause overbuilding, but should rather take care of property-related needs.
