Stacked in the house's favour

Article Abstract:

Casino operators in the UK are extremely strictly regulated. Casinos are not permitted to advertise, and must also place restrictions on membership. Strict regulation has ensured that casinos in the UK have a more positive reputation than their counterparts in other countries, but has also prevented them from reaching their full potential. Some observers believe that there is unfulfilled demand for casinos, while others feel that there is no potential for further expansion.
