How to select an optimal distribution site

Article Abstract:

Business owners who are eyeing to attract and retain a significant number of customers must underscore the adoption of an efficient outbound distribution program. Ideally, a distribution center must enable managers to respond to varying customer needs effectively and timely. For large-scale business purposes, the number of distribution channels must be accurately determined by taking account of the volume of clients and transportation accessibility. Aside from the infrastructure quality and market feasibility, weather factors must also be given emphasis.
