Trumpet the good news

Article Abstract:

Some key transactions in Northampton's office sector in 1999 have largely removed the shadow of oversupply. Some 46,450 sq mt was removed from the market, leaving the way open for the construction of a mixed leisure development on a site formerly occupied by a call centre. The past year has seen a general upturn in Northampton's commercial property market, although this is attributed to the economy rather than local conditions.
