Searching for suitors

Article Abstract:

Men's clothing retailer Suits You has opened 10 outlets since 1995, and plans to reach a total of 60 outlets in the long term. It is prepared to pay high rents if necessary, but feels that a high rent should bring high turnover. It has a number of stores in traditional high street locations, but usually chooses shopping centre sites. Any new unit must offer at least 140 sq mt, with the optimum site offering 280 sq mt.
