The construction of a new headquarters for the Bloomington, Minnesota-based Welsh Companies is a move to inspire confidence in the future of the commercial real estate industry. The company also needed a larger headquarters than the Bloomington office, in which they stayed for five years. The partnership between Welsh Companies and Petters Group Worldwide LLC over the buildiing is discussed.
