Why mentor?

Mentor's educates proteges and propels them forward in the business, and having a mentor does great deal of good to the protege. It is a relationship, which benefits both, but it is suggested that both should not cling to each other long. The five steps to start a formal mentoring program at the company such as define the program, find mentoring candidates-teachers and students, introduce participants to the rules, review expectations and goals, and follow up are highlighted.
