Article Abstract:

The Royal Automobile Club's (RAC) decision to use Price Waterhouse for its auditing work instead of BDO Stoy Hayward has attracted considerable controversy. The latter company has become known for undercutting practices, but this is the first time that the issue has been made public in this way.
