Montreal struggles out of a modern-day ice age

Article Abstract:

There are signs that life is beginning to return to normal in Montreal, where severe weather conditions brought many challenges. Many people have had to leave their homes and seek temporary shelter, and there are still no indications about when they will be able to return home.
