Fear of bloodbath as eerie silence falls on Kunduz

Article Abstract:

The Northern Alliance has stated that it will resume military action against Kunduz, Afghanistan, shortly if an agreement is not reached on a Taliban surrender. It is believed that foreign Taliban volunteers inside the city have committed themselves to fight until the bitter end unless they receive a safe passage out.

Americans 'covered up massacre of 200 Taliban.'

Conflicting information is surfacing about the fate of more than 200 foreign Taliban troops who were holding out at the airport in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It has been claimed that they were slaughtered, but Afghan anti-Taliban troops state that all except around 20 escaped alive.
