The ghost of Rumpelstiltskin

Article Abstract:

Visitors to the Hacienda Katanchel on Mexico's Yucatan peninsula will enjoy a great deal of tranquility. This hotel is in a isolated location among attractive vegetation, including cedars, walnut trees and oaks. The hacienda used to produce sisal, and the restaurant has been converted from the old Casa de Maquinas. There is an extremely relaxing atmosphere, and Monica Hernandez and Anibal Gonzales, the owners, make considerable efforts to ensure that the hotel operates in harmony with the environment.

An island of vine romance

Article Abstract:

The end of Long Island furthest away from New York, NY, is split into the South and North Forks. The South Fork attracts many wealthy New Yorkers, and its residents and visitors regard themselves as more sophisticated than those on the North Fork. However, the North Fork is quieter and less self-conscious. It has many attractive small towns and ports, and also offers family-friendly bed and breakfast accommodation, in contrast with the South Fork's luxury hotels and restaurants.
