The millionaires are on the move

Article Abstract:

Ostentatious properties in Hampstead Heath, London, England are owned by Arab sheikhs, Greek shipping millionaires and tycoons but they have dropped in value and some have been repossessed. 'Millionaires' Row' is a sought-after address but some owners borrowed against their properties to help their businesses. Estate agent Trevor Abrahmsohn finds 1993 buyers can purchase for half the 1988 price. His technique is to insist on buyers and sellers making bargains.
